"Another Halloween experiment that worked nicely. I cook the broccoli until it's as soft as possible, but you can always adjust for taste."

  1. I had some broccoli that i did not know waht to do with...di not feel like the usual "broccoli-and-cheese-sauce"...and then "Karamba!" i found this recipy. Broccoli and Corn! brilliant. I used it as is expect pan-fried (no, I did not use butter - just let it cook until almost dry). replaced the marjoram with veggie sprinkles and once dished up added...white cheese sauce flavoured with some whole grain mustard.Delicious! my hubby asked for more.

  2. Very good! I also added 1 T. butter. Also, cooked the broccoli and the corn separately in the microwave. Turned out perfect!

  3. I made this today for a quick lunch and enjoyed it. I did use a heavy tsp of marjoram but still couldnt really taste that flavor. Either way, a very easy side dish to make! Thanks!

  4. Wonderful and simple vegetable mix! I did use 1/2 cup of water to steam the vege's in the microwave and that worked well. Very fresh flavor and the marjoram added even more of a fresh taste. Added some ground black pepper and enjoyed!
