Very light, healthy, easy and delicious. This recipe works best with firm Tofu from the Oriental store, the ones from the regular Supermarket does not taste as good. Cooking time plays an important role, the first time I made this I accidently left the tofu 15 minutes too long in the steamer, the tofu became chewy (although they were still edible). I also like the sauce, it enhances the flavor in a subtle way. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
