  1. Preheat oven 190 degrees Celsius/Gas mark 5.
  2. Shred the lime zest from 1 lime; set aside.
  3. Squeeze juice of lime into a bowl.
  4. Stir in the ketchup, golden syrup and Cajun spice.
  5. Add pork and coat.
  6. Leave to sit for 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator.
  7. Grease an oven dish with the oil.
  8. Add the pork ribs.
  9. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, turning once.
  10. Enjoy.
