  1. although these were ok, I thought they lacked in flavor. The guests didn't seem too crazy about them either. I think they could use a little pizaaz. Thanx for the recipe, I think I will play around with it a little, I really like the look on the platter, great presentation!

  2. Although these are quite time-consuming (it took me a lot longer than 20 minutes to prepare & fill the berries), the end result is impressive in presentation & taste!

  3. Easy and they really are divine! My DH and DS made mmmming sounds when they ate these! Thanks!

  4. A really simple and elegant strawberry dessert. Great for company. The filling was just like cream cheese frosting with a slight orange flavor that complimented the strawberries nicely. I used the Ziploc method, and it was so easy to do. The addition of mint made them so pretty.

  5. Really nice strawberry dessert Little Bee!... they really looked too pretty to eat LOL! I made them up early in the day and refrigerated until tonight. I did not pipe the filling in, I just spooned it in, then slightly closed all the sides together, then lightly sprinkled some confectioners sugar on top... my strawberry-lovin' DH gobbled these down in no time flat, we both gave them 4 thumbs up! I am going to make these again for a BBQ get together. Really great little recipe, thanks so much Little Bee!...Kitten:)
