  1. I added the ice into the blender, right along with the other ingredients. This produced a nice delightful frothy drink. Made for Please Review My Recipe tag game from August 12th, 2010

  2. Great twist using sherbet in a daqueri. We both enjoyed this immensly. Thanks for sharing this keeper recipe. :)

  3. Deeelish! :) I used Haagen-Dazs sorbet and left out the ice. I also used a few extra fresh berries as most of the ones I had were a little small. As I was measuring out the rum I found I didn't have quite enough so only used 4 Tbsp (which in the end was plenty strong for me anyway!) This was very a refreshing treat to go with one of the first warm days we've had this year! It would also be great with raspberry sorbet and fresh raspberries, which I will try next time! Thanks for sharing Syd :) [Made for Spring PAC 2011]

Tweaks

  1. Yum! A great treat! I made my own quick sorbet by using frozen strawberries, sugar and water in the blender, used extra orange juice instead of rum. Thanks!
