  • In a food processor with a knife blade, pulse 1 cup of strawberries until finely chopped. Transfer to large metal bowl.
  • Puree yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and remaining strawberries in the food processer until smooth. Transfer to bowl with the chopped strawberries and stir until well combined.
  • Cover and freeze about one hour--until firm but not hard.
