  1. This is a great drink! I use skim milk, no powder or water. I also add a packet or two of splenda and usually add a banana. If my strawberries aren't frozen, I'll add a couple of ice cubes to make it frothy! Thanks for posting!
     
  2. I made this with mixed frozen berries. Nice and simple and it was good to find a recipe that didn't require milk as I was completely out of fresh but did have milk powder and yogurt.
     
  3. I`m drinking the smoothie as I type this I made this with 1/2 cup low fat milk in place of the water and powder milk. 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt and 5 frozen strawberries. This was creamy and fresh! I drank the whole thing to.
