- 1 can jumbo black olives
- 1⁄2 chopped carrot
- 2 tablespoons chopped bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon seasoning
directions
- Mix oil, lemon juice, and seasoning in a bowl.
- Marinate olives and vegetables for 5 minutes.
- Strain olives and vegetables.
- Stuff olives with vegetables.
