I'm upgrading this review as it is one of the first things I thought of when I felt like making a dip. If its memorable then it becomes a 5 star... This is a very easy dip to make and has a very good taste. It is quite thick. I used lime juice as I didn't have any lemons. It would especially good accompanying highly spiced foods that perhaps contain a little chilli. Definitely worth making again and very handy when you need a few more dips for a party.
