  1. This is GREAT. Tastes just like something from a middle eastern restaurant. I did not put all of the lemon called for because it seemed like a lot and tasted fairly lemony with just half, but that is probably just a personal preference. Very easy, very tasty!

  2. Really good and so easy to put together. I added lots of lemon juice and used it as a vegetable dip, but I can imagine it would be good with many different middle Eastern or Greek dishes. Might be fun to play with this and add scallions, turmeric, chilies, whatever!

  3. I'm upgrading this review as it is one of the first things I thought of when I felt like making a dip. If its memorable then it becomes a 5 star... This is a very easy dip to make and has a very good taste. It is quite thick. I used lime juice as I didn't have any lemons. It would especially good accompanying highly spiced foods that perhaps contain a little chilli. Definitely worth making again and very handy when you need a few more dips for a party.

  4. it's wonderful! .. Try it without Tahini and add some grated carrots and cucumbers..

  5. Loved this. Made it just now for a mid-morning snack to eat with some raw vegies I cut last night. So quick and easy to make and didn't need to measure ingredients. And with non-fat yogurt it was not only delicous but healthy. I suspect it will be a staple in this house.
