  1. For Dry Rub: Mix all ingredients together then measure desired amount. Pat or rub into meat.
  2. Place meat in the slow cooker and any dry rub that is left from measure (some falls when you are patting/rubbing it in_.
  3. Add dashes of Worcestershire sauce to the top of the meat until it is well covered.
  4. Cook on low setting of slow cooker for 8-10 hours.
  5. Leave meat in the slow cooker on the "warm" setting for about 4 more hours or until the meat easily will pull with two forks. Internal temperature of pork roast should be between 190º F and 205º F.
  6. Remove from slow cooker and allow to rest about 5-10 minutes. Then, slice or pull for serving, I skim the fat off the top of the juices in the crockpot and mix the meat into the remaining juices.
  7. Serve warm.
  8. Leftovers should be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
