Directions

  1. Cook Broccoli according to package directions.
  2. Cook Fettuccini to package directions.
  3. In a large Skillet over medium heat saute chicken (or shrimp and garlic in butter).
  4. Remove and keep warm.
  5. In same skillet, over medium heat combine cream cheese, milk and parmesan cheese.
  6. Cook until cheeses are melted and smooth.
  7. Stir in Broccoli, chicken (or shrimp) salt and pepper.
  8. Drain Fettuccini and top with mixture.
