Super Simple Caribbean Cajun Rice

  • In a pot over med-high heat combine first four ingredients and cook according to rice package directions, about 5 minutes. Add in salsa and continue to cook until thickened and rice is tender, approx another 5 minute Serve.
  • The peach mango salsa adds that island flavor.
