Surprisingly Sweet Tortilla Dip
"I always have onion and pepper relish on hand so I can make this dip if people stop by. It's great and a little out of the ordinary. You could probably do this whith any relish or chutney. I found this on the lid of a jar of Harry and David's Sweet Onion and Pepper Relish. It's good stuff."

- 1 package cream cheese

- Beat ingredients together until fluffy, this takes a few minutes.

I make a recipe very similar to this one using an 8.75 oz jar of Dickinson's Sweet 'n' Hot Pepper & Onion Relish. I usually serve this with Ritz crackers. It's soooooo easy to make and everyone just loves it! :) It's hard to believe that two little ingredients could make such a great dish. -

Excellent, simple and versatile. I like using this as a spread for veggie wraps. I just spread it on a spinach flavoured tortilla, add on some alfalfa sprouts, cucumbers, and tomatoes, then roll up and eat. :) Delicious.
