  • 1 1 teaspoon dried chipotle powder or 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt (not table salt)
  • 12 tablespoon granulated sugar

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Dip rim of glass in lime juice then into the chile mixture. Allow a few minutes to dry.
