Sweet and Sour Roast Beef

"Another guaranteed winner. There will be no leftovers, but if there are, they refreeze well. This is also a good make-ahead. Just bake, cool, slice thin, put back into sauce, and freeze."

  • Put roast in pan.
  • Season liberally with garlic powder.
  • Mix together sauce ingredients.
  • Pour over roast.
  • Cover and bake @ 300F for 30 minutes per pound of meat.

  3. The sauce was great everyone thought we were having meatloaf, lol. But the meat was dry. Perhaps specify which cut of meat works best for this recipe?
     
  4. Very easy to make and a great blend of flavours. I have put the leftover piece of beef into the sauce and look forward to another even easier meal....LOL...Just have to reheat:)
     
  5. Very Easy to make and very tasty. I was alittle weiry of Sweet and Sour Beef roast but it turned out wonderful, something i will definatley make again and my family wanted more. A croud Pleaser!
