  • put a little coooking oil in bottom of a crock pot.
  • place chicken thighs in crock pot.
  • in a small bowl mix soup mix, chili sauce, brown sugar, cayenne pepper and water.
  • pour mixture over chicken.
  • cook on low for 7 hours.
  • I take the chicken off the bone, shred it and serve it over brown rice. I also pour some of the liquid over the chicken and rice to make it like a teriyaki bowl.
