- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1⁄2 cups chicken broth, divided use
- 1 tablespoon A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups walnuts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 12 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked and drained according to package instructions
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (to garnish)

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- -Preheat oven to 350 degrees. -Arrange chicken thighs in single layer in baking dish. -Whisk together 1 cup chicken broth and A1 Sauce. Pour broth mixture over thighs. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake 25 minutes. -Prepare Walnut Sauce while thighs are baking. Grind walnuts to a fine powder in food processor or blender. Add sour cream and remaining 1/2 cup chicken broth and pulse until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. -Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Saute cooked thighs on both sides until nicely browned. -In small bowl, whisk together brown sugar and water. Pour sugar mixture over thighs in skillet. -Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes, or until sugar has caramelized and coated the thighs. -To serve, place thighs on hot noodles and spoon Walnut Sauce over top.
