Directions

  1. Bake potatoes until tender and caramelized (about 45 min @ 400 degrees).
  2. Take skin off when cooled and able to handle.
  3. Put in a large bowl and mash with butter.
  4. Pour into a buttered casserole and top with the pecan topping.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
