Ingredients: 3 1/2 lbs flour; 2 ounces flour; 1/2 cup sugar; 3/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder; 2 tablespoons salt; 2 1/2 ounces compressed yeast or 1/4 cup active dry yeast; 2 1/4 cups water; 1/2 cup oil; 1/2 cup sugar; 1/4 cup cinnamon

"This is a recipe I put together. My son loved my rolls. You can add chopped walnuts in the middle too. I never time the cooking only cooked until lightly brown."

ingredients

3 ¹⁄₂ lbs flour
2 ounces flour
¹⁄₂ cup sugar
³⁄₄ cup nonfat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons salt
2 ¹⁄₂ ounces compressed yeast or 1/4 cup active dry yeast
2 ¹⁄₄ cups water
¹⁄₂ cup oil
¹⁄₂ cup sugar
¹⁄₄ cup cinnamon

directions

Mix flour, sugar, milk, salt,oil.
Place yeast in warm water to dissolve.
Add to mixture mix well.
Roll out dough.
Mix cinnamon and sugar sprinkle on the dough.
Roll up and cut in 1 inch thick; let rise.
Bake until lightly brown.
Bake at 350°F.
