  1. I made this to use in my Rich Creamy No-Bake Key Lime Pie for a diabetic friend. Seemed to incorporate well and from a small taste-taste (I don't eat sugar substitutes) tasted ok once mixed into the recipe. Milk powder does tend to have a bad odor in my opinion but it didn't impact my recipe. The sugar free substitute was a little thicker than regular sweetened condensed milk so I may add a little more water next time. Update: My diabetic friend enjoyed the dessert using this substitute. He took the whole pie home with him. Thank you for the recipe...it will come in handy.

  2. Made this to use in a couple of recipes calling for this as an ingredient, & from what I can tell it tastes & feels enough like the real thing! A handy recipe to have around during the winter holidays! Thanks for sharing it! [Tagged, made & reviewed in the Diabetes Awareness Month Tag Game]

  3. I tried this recipe to make my own pumpkin spice sauce for coffee. It turned out excellently!

  4. I just made this, and used it in a key lime pie recipe. It came out great. I may never use the real stuff again.

  5. This works. Be sure to whisk thoroughly after refrigeration. The flavor is flat, but it gives the necessary texture.
