  1. I found this recipe to be quite simple. It's one of those fix it and forget it recipes. I loved that aspect of it. I did however have to add some touches to the ingredients. I ended up seasoning the chicken breast with all kinds of spices and putting the cheese inside the chicken breast. I put 2 cans of soup instead of 1 and added a little bit more stuffing. Overall, the chicken just fell apart when I tried to take it out and the stuffing was really good. I WILL make this dish again!

  2. This one was so easy to throw together, and the result was delicious! The swiss cheese slices melted into the breasts and sauce giving it a lush richness! The stuffing was a perfect contrast for the sauce! The breasts themselves staymed moist and tender. Mine was done in about 4 hours. Nest time I make this I'll thrown in some chopped fresh mushrooms and onion-just a personal preferense. Thanks Dawn, this one will be made often!

  3. Never Fail. My cousin made it with cheddar cheese, and says it was delicious also. Will be a standard in my house!

  4. Making this now for the 2nd time. Family loved it first time, with the bread crumbs. Now, I am trying cooked rice. I can never fit 6 chicken breasts in my 5 qt crockpot. I also use homemade cream of chicken soup and I put the bread crumbs/rice on the bottom.

  5. Eight hours in the crockpot, chicken tender and creamy . . fell apart when serving. However, the dressing was dry and crumbly. Six chicken breasts was too much, IMO. Next time, I'll add another can of soup, and add some spices. Also, will make my dressing ahead of time and spoon on top the mixture the last hour of cooking in the crockpot.

I?m ?originally from Texas, but now live in Florida. Still gotta have that spice though....love chipotle peppers, habaneros, and jalapenos. This is a picture of myself & my 2 daughters taken in Dec'06. I am working on my graduate degree, & still work as a nurse prn. When I'm not cooking and eating what I cook... I head for the gym to work out. As far as cookbooks, I love the church/ community cookbooks, where someone has dug out old handwritten recipes by granny and shared them with others-those are the best kind. If I had a month off, I'd for sure go hiking, would love to visit Australia and New Zealand.?
