  1. This dish turned out great. I wanted to make enough for at least 4 servings so I added a can of diced tomatoes along with the tomato sauce. Also, since I have to watch my sodium intake, instead of salt I used Pampered Chef Low Sodium Southwest Seasoning. This gave the steaks a little kick. They were so tender they were falling apart before I could get them out of the crock pot. Great flavor and perfect over rice. Thanks for sharing.

  3. I made a few changes by adding some crushed fresh garlic, and a little more salt and pepper. The steak just fell apart, and I enjoyed it much more than cube steak! Easy to make, and I will make it again. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Very tasty and so easy, can go away and forget it while you do other things. I had to use a can of stewed tomatoes and I added a sprinkle of hot pepper flakes, which added a nice bite. Served it over mashed potatoes, delicious and we will make it again.

I'm a happily married father of four. I love to cook for my family as much as I can. But is hard when you have a wife that cooks as much as mine. Some of you might know her as The Recipe Fairy. It is also hard for me being a law enforcement officer. But when I get the chance I enjoy myself for I am cooking for my love ones.
