  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy cornbread (Milk and eggs needed)
  • 1 lb cheese
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning
  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 8 ounces refried beans (optional)
  • 2 ounces taco sauce (optional)
  • 1 tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 lb shredded lettuce (optional)
  • 8 ounces sour cream (optional)

  • 1. Mix and cook cornbread according to box.
  • 2. Brown Hamburger meat while corn bread is cooking.
  • 3. Add taco seasoning to hamburger meat.
  • 4. Cover cornbread with hamburger meat when done and top with cheese.
  • 5. Place in oven while cools down (Until cheese is melted).
  • 6. Add toppings of choice.
