- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy cornbread (Milk and eggs needed)
- 1 lb cheese
- 1 ounce taco seasoning
- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 8 ounces refried beans (optional)
- 2 ounces taco sauce (optional)
- 1 tomatoes (optional)
- 1 lb shredded lettuce (optional)
- 8 ounces sour cream (optional)
directions
- 1. Mix and cook cornbread according to box.
- 2. Brown Hamburger meat while corn bread is cooking.
- 3. Add taco seasoning to hamburger meat.
- 4. Cover cornbread with hamburger meat when done and top with cheese.
- 5. Place in oven while cools down (Until cheese is melted).
- 6. Add toppings of choice.
