Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese.
  2. Stir in the taco meat, cheese, 1/4 cup salsa, mayonnaise and chopped onion. Thinly spread over tortillas.
  3. Sprinkle with lettuce.
  4. Roll up tightly.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Unwrap and cut into 1 inch pieces.
  7. Can be served with additional salsa.
  8. Makes about 3 dozen appetizers.
