  • Blend the cream cheese, mayo and salsa together.
  • Spread in a serving platter.
  • Top with chopped veggies.
  • Put in refrigerator for about three hours.
  • Remove from fridge about 1/2 hour before serving so it softens for easy dipping.
  • I have made it the day before and it turns out just fine.

  1. This was sooooo yummy. Everyone at the party raved about it. I used one whole red pepper, and no green pepper, otherwise it would have been too bulky on top. You could just as easily use half red and half green. Also, instead of just stirring the philly with the salsa etc. I used the mixmaster to give it a smooth consistency. YUM

  2. I made this recipe for Easter and it was a hit with everone. I didn't change anything. Everyone loved it. It was so easy to put together too. Thanks

I have 4 married children, 1 daughter and 3 sons. I have 6 grandchildren - 1 grandson and 5 grandaughters. I enjoy cooking and entertaining. I also have a cottage, so do a lot of cooking there, although I must admit the boys do most of the cooking (barbeque). My favourit cookbook is the The Canadian Cook Book, it was one that was used in the high schools in Canada I love the knit and crochet, and socialize, as I am off work - retired. Some times I wonder how I got everything done when I was working and raising the children. Without my husband I would never have made it.
