Taco Stew

"We use a lot of ground beef in our house. You can add more green chilies if you like. If you have leftovers use it for snack the next day for the kids."

  • Brown beef; drain.
  • Combine all ingredients except chip and cheese into a Dutch oven (large skillet).
  • Heat to boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  • To serve: crumble chips onto each plate top with a generous helping of stew and sprinkle with cheese.

  4. This is a great comfort food, if you're tired of making regular tacos. My husband loves it! It was so easy, it's ingredients that everyone has in their pantry, even if you have to make a few substitutions it always turns out good! I also add a jar of hot salsa for a little extra heat.
     
  5. This is a fantastic recipe. I made it for my superbowl party this past weekend and everyone loved it. It is so easy to make and the flavors are just right.
