  1. This was very good and easy. The hardest thing was just stuffing the shells. I added extra cream cheese with chives...the entire 8oz package. It was very good and creamy. This doesn't reheat in the microwave great though. Make sure it all gets ate the first night.

  2. Loved it! It was so much better than I had expected! It will be one of those meals I add to my list of successes, and I will make it again. It's very simple to make, but it takes more time than I would like since you're browning meat, cooking the shells, assembling, then baking for half an hour...so you can't wait to the last minute to prep. I added taco seasoning to the meat too -- I can't imagine it without. I almost doubled the recipe since I had two pounds of hamburger browned, and it made 26 shells -- enough for 2 meals for my family of 5 (well, my 3 year old refused to try it...so the meal stretched for 2 meals with four of us eating them). I used a cookie dough scoop to fill the shells. I used crushed Doritos on top and they were so tasty. The shells reheated well in the oven (need to use oven to reheat in order to crisp up the Doritos again.) I forgot to toss the shells in butter, and that is probably a good idea so the pasta doesn't dry out much...but it was still very well received.
