  1. Cook noodles.
  2. Saute onions, garlic, and green pepper.
  3. Add hamburger.
  4. Cook until brown.
  5. In 9 x 13 baking dish add noodles, and remaining ingredients (except cheese) with hamburger mix.
  6. Cover with grated cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
  8. (about ten to fifteen minutes).
