Directions

  1. Mix dry mustard with sugar & salt in a small saucepan.
  2. Beat the vinegar, eggs & water together.
  3. Add slowly to dry ingredients in the saucepan, stirring to avoid lumps.
  4. Cook mixture over medium heat until thick and smooth, stir while heating.
  5. Remove from heat, add butter (marg.) in bits & mix well.
  6. Place in sterilized jars & refrigerate.
