  • Heat cooker and add oil.
  • Brown chops.
  • Combine seasonings, brown sugar, lemon juice, onion and water.
  • Pour over meat.
  • Sprinkle olives over top.
  • close cover securely.
  • Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 15 minutes at 15 pounds pressure.
  • Let pressure drop of its own accord.
  • Remove meat, thicken gravy if desired.

  1. Great recipe although I think it was a little bland (but could have been because I halved ingredients.) I also added diced potato and sweet potato, I think next time I might add a bit of cumin aswell. Overall a good pressure cooker recipe I will definately try again.
