- 1 cup black olives
- 1 fresh garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- Finely chop the olives, garlic, and capers.

- Serve on crackers or crusty bread.

I am a wife and mother. I love cooking and I am trying to keep the family dinnertime tradition alive by preparing home cooked dinners. My two children could very well be the pickiest eaters on the planet, so finding dishes they appreciate can be a challenge. I truly appreciate simple recipes that can be pulled together in 30 minutes or less. I love to try new restaurants but not new recipes.
