1 dome

ingredients
- 1⁄8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
directions
- Mix all ingredients in a small cup and mix until the sugar is damp and well-mixed.
- Using a teaspoon and a butterknife, scoop out the sugar into the teaspoon and pack it with the knife. Cut across the top so the 'bottom' of the dome is flat.
- Turn the teaspoon over on top of a plate and tap the back: the dome of sugar will fall out. Repeat until all the sugar is turned into little domes.
- Let them sit and dry for 30 minutes and then gently put into a little bowl to keep. Use them up within a few days or keep them in the fridge for about a week.
