Teresa's Italian Green Beans

"Looking for a different taste for your green beans? These are made with Roma beans (a flat Italian green bean), olive oil, garlic, oregano, onion and mushrooms. My mom used to make them all the time. I am guessing at the preparation and cook time."

  1. These were so good! Unfortunately, I had to make them without the mushrooms - the ones I bought went bad before I could use them. :( But they were so delicious! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

  2. Great use of those garden-fresh Italian beans. I had some roasted garlic on hand so I used that rather than minced garlic so my end result was a little "creamier" than it would have been otherwise. Simple and good.

  3. This is a great green bean dish. Simple to make and very flavorful. I doubled the garlic because we are such garlic fans. Thanks for sharing this, Lindsey C. Can't wait to make it again.
