  • Mix garlic and brown sugar.
  • Then add rest of ingredients, mix well.
  • Marinate pork chops or chicken breast for 1 hour at room temperature or if you prefer overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Grill or bake accordingly.

I think the second time I make this am going to do enough for a jelly jar adding a tablespoon of orange juice concentrate. Other then that... Was awesome.. Helped out alot and wil be my teriyaki sauce for now on.
