  1. Cheese was a little over done on top, but otherwise it turned out great!

  2. I just happened upon this recipe, glad you added it! I've been making this for years and I've always known it as Anniversary Chicken, same ingredients! Sometimes I'll throw some sautéed mushrooms on top before adding the cheese and bacon. As another reviewer mentioned she might do BBQ sauce with the ranch. It works great as I have one teenager that likes it better that way! Oh! Since one child likes the BBQ sauce and I can't cook it in the same dish with ours (she has issues! Lol jk!) I've also made these in individual aluminum foil packs and they come out great! Anything you serve it with will go great. In the summer when fresh corn on the Cobb is in season I'll just throw some ears in the oven just removing loose husks strings (no néed to soak in water first) chicken done to perfection and corn is browned on outside and succulent inside...mmmmm just may have to make for dinner tomorrow :)

  3. I have been searching for a recipe like this for awhile now. I know I had it at a chain-restaurant like Chili's or Ruby Tuesday's. Anyway, wherever it was I had it, this is just as good if not better! My DS came home after we ate dinner and about ravaged all our leftovers! Will definitely make this again. THANKS!

  4. Great!!!! I used more teriyaki sauce and ranch dressing than called for. I covered the chicken breast well with each. My family loved it. I will make this recipe again and often.Very easy to make. Thanks yooper!!! Teejay simpson

  5. Yooper, sometimes I don't think I could cook if Emeril was standing next to me. I made this tonight for dinner because the ingredients did sound intriguing, all the things my family likes. I'm going to make it again before rating it. Simple ingredients, easy to prepare and cook. Next time I'm not going to add any cheese or the bacon bits until the last 10 minutes of cooking. Putting them on at the beginning is too much time, the cheese and bacon bits were way over-done. I don't think I'll use the teriyaki sauce either, as the flavors seemed to conflict. I will make adjustments and try again. I still think I need Emeril or Food 911 - I can screw up boiling water.

What can I say about myself that hasn't already been mentioned in the police reports? Just kidding! I'm a single guy who loves to cook! Good thing, or I'd starve or go broke eating out! I love to read, horror and mysteries are my favorite. Love music, (except rap) and I'm a huge Green Bay Packer Fan!
