- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 2 thin slices fresh ginger, minced
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 cup dry rice wine or 1/4 cup sake
- 2 tablespoons sugar
directions
- Combine soy sauce, water, ginger and garlic in food processor and pulse.
- Mix on high until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a bowl and stir in sake and sugar.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or use immediately.
