  1. Great recipe. My kids woke up this morning and decided they wanted to blow bubbles. I remember seeing this, took two minutes to mix up and they have been out there for almost an hour!!!

  2. This receipe worked out nicely for my children. We did end up getting a little sticky though ... but fixed that problem by rinsing off in the sprinkler! I couldn't find our bubble wands, so I improvised and we used 2 fly swatters (they were clean!). The fly swatters worked out exceptionally well because they created a cloud full of tiny little bubbles. We had a blast!

  3. I made this solution and another at the end of the school year last year because we had a bubble contest. The kids really liked this one better, but it was SOOOOO messy! They somehow got it in their hair, and all over them. It was a day to remember though. Thanks for sharing the recipe, I had lost the exact amounts.

  4. I used to make this recipe every summer for my children. I would pour the bubbles into a large aluminum roaster so they could use different items to make Giant Bubbles. The only thing about this recipe is a little slippy where it falls. This provided me with some great memories.

  5. I used Dawn apple blossom, smells nice!. We did find it a little thick though, didn't get 'super' bubbles, but it could be because the batteries need to be replaced on my DS's bubble blower. Thanks for a child pleasing posting grandma2969!
