- Melt butter; stir in cocoa, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Blend in flour, baking powder and salt.
- Pour into a greased 13 X 9 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
- Cool slightly and frost.
- Combine all frosting ingredients and stir until smooth.
