Delicious and moist burgers which I pan-fried - after allowing them to sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes. I doubled the recipe so that I'd have some to put in the freezer, and since they were so tasty I'm really glad that I did so. I used 1/2 beef and 1/2 pork/veal mince as my regular butcher always has a great pork/veal mince (i.e. ground ..., for Americans!) and I always rather like the flavour of mixed meats. The only other change I made was to add 4 cloves of finely minced garlic to the finely minced onion, minced in a mini-processor. SO much easier than grating! I served these with Kittencal's Honey Garlic Sauce 79469 and Shelby Jo's Crunchy Bacon Coleslaw 313239. Thanks for sharing this recipe, Redsie. Made for Zaar Stars Tag.

Great burgers! I love Dijon mustard and it added a really nice mild flavor to the burgers. Ran out of onions so I used some dried minced onion instead. Very close to my meatloaf recipe only I use yellow mustard. DH also put the hamburger buns on the grill, wonderful! Served with your #261009, thank you Redsie!

Canadian girl that loves to cook for herself and for everyone around her!! I always enjoyed cooking but more so since I started taking better care of myself by eating healthier food (I am a Weight Watchers Lifetime member!). I still love my chocolate though!
