Toasted Orzo With Chives

- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 1⁄2 cup chives (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind (zest)
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place orzo on a parchment paper lined sheet pan.
- Bake for 8 minutes or until slightly browned.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add orzo and cook for 8 minutes or until tender.
- Drain well.
- Season orzo with salt and pepper to taste & stir in chives, oil & lemon zest.
- Enjoy.
