  2. Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla, egg, flour and salt.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Spread in greased 9x13 pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and spread with melted chocolate.
  8. Sprinkle with ground peppermint.
  9. Cut immediately and enjoy!
