Tofu Whipped Cream

"This is a great whipped topping for those who can't tolerate dairy. The texture isn't exactly like whipped cream, but it's a nice substitute! I recommend adding about 1 Tbsp Amaretto, too. Mmm!"

  4. This is delicious! My box of mori-nu was 12.3 oz. but it still worked fine. I used maple syrup and vanilla soy milk, omitted the liqueur and used a soy butter substitute. Next time I might use less soy butter. I ate a lot of this straight out of the blender! The texture is similar to pudding and will be great for satisfying my ice cream cravings! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe; I'll use it lots!
     
  5. This did not get great reviews when I served it. It definitely didn't taste anything like whipped cream -- maybe I did something wrong?
