- 1 large tomatoes
- 1⁄2 cup kalamata olive
- 1 dash salt
- olive oil
directions
- Cut the tomato however you prefer.
- I like to cut it into medium bite-size pieces.
- Put the tomato pieces on a plate and sprinkle with salt.
- Add the olives on top and then dribble with olive oil.
- Delicious, simple, healthy snack or side dish.
- It also tastes great over greens as a salad.
