  • Saute garlic and onion in olive oil in a large pot.
  • Add remaining ingredients except milk.
  • Cook 20-30 min if using canned tomatoes. For fresh tomatoes cook 30-60 minutes.
  • Add milk.
  • Puree with hand blender.
