DIRECTIONS

  • grind carrots celery and onion
  • cook together with a little water about 10 minutes
  • skin tomatoes.
  • add pulp to vegatable recipe
  • cook 10 minutes
  • add sugar and salt
  • add flour to water stir in
  • cook 10 minutes or until thick
  • seal hot 12 pints cook 10 pressure 45 minutes
  • i would check the ball book because i think you need to pressure cook these for safety sake.
