Directions

  1. Place limes wedges, fresh spearmint leaves, apple and sugar into a 8-oz glass.
  2. Macerate them well with a muddler in order to extract the lime juice and apple juice.
  3. Stir in tomato juice and white rum or vodka and fill the glass with ice.
  4. Serve it with a skewer of tomatoes and spearmint. Personally, I even chose to have some cashews as a side snack.
  5. Note: - I decided to swap out spearmint for basil, since I just gave it an attempt with on-hand’s in my fridge.
  6. - Eventually, you can pick any fruit as an add-up. Besides of apple, mango, snake fruit or pomelo also work well in the blending too.
