Ingredients: 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks; 1 -1 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, cut in sm. chunks; 3 cups miniature marshmallows; 1 egg, slightly beaten; 3 tablespoons flour; 3 tablespoons sugar; 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon butter; 1/3 cup vinegar; 2/3 cup water

ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks
1 - 1 ¹⁄₂ cup mild cheddar cheese, cut in sm. chunks
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon butter
¹⁄₃ cup vinegar
²⁄₃ cup water

directions

Combine pineapple cheese and marshmallows in bowl. For Sauce: In small pan mix; sugar, flour, pinch of salt. Add egg and mix. Combine vinegar and water and add slowly to egg mixture. Add butter, cook over medium heat until thick. Pour over pineapple, marshmallow and cheese. Chill.
