Trash Juice (Dipping Sauce for Spring Rolls)
"Serve this sauce with your favorite spring rolls. My brother coined the name of this sauce, but don't let that fool you. The bourbon certainly takes away from the sauce's presentation, as it separates. Of course don't let that stop you from making this tasty sauce."

- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 fluid ounce Bourbon
directions
- mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk
- You can serve this sauce right away.
