  • Steam green beans to just bright green.
  • Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and pour over salad ingredients.
  • Stir gently.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
