  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook noodles as directed on package, drain.
  • Mix noodles, tuna, red pepper, mushrooms, sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper in ungreased 2 quart casserole or square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches.
  • Mix bread crumbs, cheese and margarine; sprinkle over tuna mixture.
  • Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  1. I had to improvise. I used chopped green onions instead of chives, left out the red peppers and used a combonation of jack & medium cheddar. It was still very, very good! T

I made this account back in 2001, when the site was called "Recipezaar". A lot has changed in my life since then. My kids are all grown and I try to eat a low-carb lifestyle now.
